Participants will also be exposed to the Iceberg Model and the role of mental models in problem solving. The end objective is to be able to apply learnings from this course to make visible the rules that lead to manifestation of complexity and the leverage points available to the individual to bring about positive change in one’s professional, social and personal lives.
