Course fees are non-refundable. However, you may choose to transfer a ticket to someone with prior intimation. In exceptional cases, swapping a course for another date may be possible. In the event of unforeseen conflicts, please send an email to shakti@shaktify.in. The final decision rests with SHAKTIFY.
You can make up through a recording of the session which will be made available to you.
All courses, unless specified otherwise, are offered in English
Session events are not only recorded but closed-captions are enabled. You are welcome to download transcripts and meeting chats
All course timings are India Standard Time (IST) and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To view the exact time of the course in your location, please click here.
Classes are conducted using Zoom Meetings. Links to sessions are shared soon after registration is completed. To join a class you need to do so only with the email you used at the time of registration. In case you do not receive a Zoom link within 24 hours of registration, please write to shakti@shaktify.in
Yes, bulk bookings are possible. If you work for an organisation and are looking to register 5 or more team members, please drop a note to shakti@shaktify.in. If you wish to organise an in-person class or an online class exclusively for your organisation, please email Shakti at shakti@shaktify.in
